The certified instructors at Xtreme Mpact Martial Arts are dedicated to helping children and adults learn such beneficial life skills as discipline, self-defense, confidence, leadership, and goal-setting through their martial arts programs. Xtreme Mpact offers classes for children to inspire them to achieve better health and fitness. Adults can sign up for Kenpo Karate which teaches self-defense with many variations of kicks, blocks, strikes, locks, and throws. Another option for clients in Odenton and adjacent areas is kickboxing fitness which use the techniques of Muay Thai Kickboxing to condition the entire body. Xtreme Mpact Martial Arts also provides pre-school martial arts classes and after-school and homeschool programs.
