Programs are FUN, Educational and Age-Appropriate!

Little Dragons (Ages 2 to 3): Your young child will develop the fundamental physical, emotional and social skills to build a foundation for a successful life.

Little Ninjas (Ages 4 to 6): Our preschool aged children crave our classes. We teach important life skills in fun and exciting routines. We focus on improving your child’s focus, memory, teamwork skills, discipline, self control, fitness, balance and coordination. We help to reinforce stranger danger, family values and prepare your child for school.

Junior Prep and Advanced (Ages 7 to 9): This program is offered for the older children who are at a very important development stage in their life. These students are being challenged physically, emotionally, socially and intellectually. We will reinforce a positive attitude and outlook on life.

Young Adults Kenpo Karate (Ages 13 to 16): This program is designed to aid your teen in the transition to becoming a young adult. We stress the emotional, social and intellectual challenges your teen may face.

And Don't Forget About Our Kali4Kids Program!

Kali4Kids is an exciting curriculum we encourage kids of all ages to participate in. This year-long program blends modern and traditional martial arts methods for an experience everyone will enjoy!

The four modules of the Kali4Kids curriculum are:

Double Stick
Single Stick
Empty Hand
Flow & Application

Each of these four martial arts modules is taught for 3 months in succession. Only after completing 3 months of Double Stick, Single Stick, and Empty Hand are students allowed to move on to Flow and Application. The Flow and Application module is specifically for students who pass testing on the first 3 modules in this program.
